It looks like the newest bugs / latest modifications of bugs on http://udd.debian.org/bugs.cgi are from 2012-03-13. Maybe Don's maintenance work on debbugs earlier this week caused some interruptions? I'd be glad if someone with the appropriate knowledge and permissions could look into this
