AIUI from discussions with Scott James Remnant that we really need to
replace KDE's libtool.m4.in and ltmain.sh with our own. Scott as fixed
several bugs in Debians libtool including various fixes for Arm.

optional using DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS. IIRC it was disableable using nofinal,
but that may have just been here. /me goes to check. No it is in HEAD.
Should be fairly easy to change the logic. I'll have a look at it if no
one has time.

may have noticed that you have stopped recieving CVS commit
messages for debian dirs. This will hopefully be temporary until I can
work out how to do the same magic in procmail that I had been doing in
exim filters. How would people feel about forwarding the emails to this
list rather than individually?
