The 0.2-3 version was only a cosmetic upload to fix lintian minor
stuff and the udeb did not change so I guess that it can be unblocked.

udev 0.097-1 contains fixes necessary support of I2O drives (see #373921). I
understand that the version of udev currently in sid (or later) will forcibly
get into etch because of #369479, but I'm not sure if this will affect d-i
image generation.
