Hi folks,
This is a request to allow a long-overdue library transition for the new
upstream version of FreTDS. The library in question, libct3, has the
following reverse-dependencies in unstable:
Package: asterisk
Package: gda2-freetds
Package: libdbd-freetds
Package: libdbd-sybase-perl

Hi RMs,
[please do not CC me, I'm subscribed]
The obsolete packages libccrtp1-1.6-0 and libzrtpcpp-1.1-0 are depended
on by bayonne and twinkle on i386 at least.
The following binNMUs should take care of the libccrtp/libzrtpcpp probs:
libzrtpcpp_1.2.0-1, Rebuild against newer libccrtp, 1, amd64

Hi. krb5 1.6.dfsg.4~beta1-2 is currently in unstable and is on its
way towards migrating into testing. If I understand the freeze timing
correctly, it should make it before the library freeze. I think
that's good: it includes a number of useful fixes that Debian users
have been complaining abo

No, it does not change the API. At least I was not able to find
anything.

Hi Release Team,
apparently a new API-changing version of ftgl-dev was recently
uploaded to unstable (which strikes me as a bad idea at this point!).
It has apparently caused breakage in a package I'm sponsoring, see
http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?arch=&pkg=root-system . Maybe this
also cause

This one isn't needed for d-i since DECstations are no longer
supported. I just filed a removal request for delo-installer as well.

Hello,
popt/1.14-3 would be ready for propagation to testing at the next
britney run[1]. However the package is blocked, since it generates a
udeb.
Afaict if popt migrated, evolution-data-server would, too. This in
turn would allow adeodato's hint
easy libgnomeprint/2.18.4-1 gfax/0.7.6-8
to work.
