Uploading linux (6.10.12-1)

Hi I would like to upload linux version 6.10.12-1 to unstable. It is just importing one more stable version upstream (6.10.12). As we plan to first do another 6.11.y based upload to experimental, this will not conflict with this. There are no packaging changes on top. Regards, Salvatore signat
