please unblock powertop_1.10-2

Hello, Please unblock powertop 1.10-2, it fixes one very nasty error, that it only give acpi power usage estimates for batteries which export energy_now ,but many batteries doesn't export it, but only charge_now. The patch fixes this behaviour. and tries both files for power usage estimates.

Hello Release Team, I've an question: Upstream has released some weeks ago a new version of lustre, which several fixes to the version which is currently in lenny [1]. Furthermore Dmitry Oboukhov found a security bug in lustre-tests so this has to be fixed for lenny. Would it be possible to
