Hinting suomi-malaga and libvoikko to testing?

Hi, I noticed that the new versions of suomi-malaga and libvoikko aren't migrating to testing [1]. They probably would need to be hinted to go at the same time, since both add a Breaks on each other's older version. Could someone do that? [1] http://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?package
