Please unblock package prosody

This version fixes #681667 : Broken initscript (won't stop prosody)

The debdiff is pretty trivial: the init script starts prosody using
the Lua interpreter called lua5.1, but the passes --name lua to start-stop-
daemon. This is fixed in 0.8.2-4.
