Please unblock package nvidia-graphics-modules

Rebuilt for the new kernel ABI, just passed NEW.

The diff is a bit larger (changelog, doku) due to merging the previous
two uploads to sid - we had a nice dput collision and the "wrong" one won.
d/control is generated (but not excluded from the diff).

Please also don't forget nvidia-graphics-drivers.

unblock nvidia-graphics-modules/340.46+3.16.0+1

Thanks

Andreas

This package is not in testing, but the old version was removed to allow the
kernel to migrate, so I unblocked the new one.

Cheers,

Ivo
