Dear Sergey,

This bug could have been easily avoided. 

please make sure that you *always* build on an updated system; even better
use tools like pbuilder or sbuild or like to *ensure* that you have the latest
packages installed.

BEST is, of course, to do source-only uploads, which are possible since ~1.5 
years.
