This is a mini transition due to soname ABI changes in netcdf.
It only affects two packages: netcdf-parallel and adios, both of which
I maintain.

'netcdf-parallel' 4.7.3 now in experimental tracks 'netcdf' but with
an MPI configuration. It is used by 'adios'.

Adios builds successfully with the new netcdf.
