opencascade is now in unstable and all archs have successuflly built.

deal.ii -- patch available (unrelated to opencascade, just exposed by it)
freecad -- same as deal.ii. Also patch available. However, due to pyside2 it
will remain RC buggy.
So theoretically the transistion would be ready…
