Packages still linked against libstdc++5 in unstable

The following packages are still linked against libstdc++5 in unstable. This isn't so great, since it means people using these packages have to carry around an extra library. It also means that the packages haven't been recompiled or uploaded in a *long* time. I'd like to ask -release
