Please unblock bottlerocket (0.05b3-8)

Could you please unblock bottlerocket (0.05b3-8). It needs to wait for the 10-day limit, but it includes language translations that would be nice to have in the next release. From Changelog: * Add German, Czech and French translations (de.po, cs.po and fr.po). Closes: #396434, #393534
