That only works if there's no ABI breakage though. I didn't see a clear answer
there.

You can't really remove a release once it has been uploaded to the

I am Joerg's sponsor and I accidentally uploaded sane-backends to
experimental because I forgot to pass "-d experimental" to sbuild
while using a sid chroot with --extra-repository=experimental. So
that premature upload was my mistake.

Which means preparing a
1.0.27.really.1.0.25-1
upload for sid
and
1.0.27.really.1.0.27-1~experimental1
for experimental
