pciutils-dev -> libpci-dev transition: any plans?

Hi, I realized today that pciutils-dev is now deprecated and uninstallable (strict versioned-dependency on pciutils), superseded by libpci-dev. Is there any transition plan defined? Currently all packages build-depending on pciutils-dev effectively FTBFS. Do you plan to file bugs on the affected
