'ruby-dbd-mysql' ... should't it require 'dbd-mysql' instead, or at
least instruct DBI to load the mysql driver somehow? The point is that

but not just hiera (like in official puppetlabs repo). There are

hiera) in debian repository, and those are not prefixed with python-.

Yes, but this is not only library, but also a tool. Again, any .py is
a library, so all python scripts must have a python- prefix, which is
not true for the moment.
