Hi, as I just diagnosed this for a different package: the problem appears to be that mpirun is run during binary-arch, i.e. under fakeroot. Latest openmpi does not like that apparenlty and crashes. So the tests should be run as part of the build-arch or build-indep targets. Michael -- debian-
