Are there any telnet clients available other than the one that comes in
the telnet package?
There is telnet-ssl (aka ssltelnet), which supports SSL encryption but
should work without it too.
I've also heard of a Telnet client that supports ZModem file

I am using Debian 2.1 upgraded to potato, with the 2.2.13 kernel.
I have installed a Ricoh MP7060A CD-R/RW as the master on my second
IDE controller. It replaces a cdrom player that was identified as
/dev/hdc. I am able to burn cd's successfully. However, since I want
to use cdr's to backup my
