imagenes como si fueran particiones en tu sistema, luego es necesario que
el kernel tenga soporte para loop puesto que si quieres montar una imagen o

Yup, I rebooted the machine, etc, and even if I am on the
console and SU'd to root in a kvt window under KDE, if I do
tail -f /var/log/syslog or any kind of command, ctrl-c will not
exit the task. Have to ctrl-z and then kill %1 to actually kill
the job.

Well... If I were you, and this is in no way the best situation, just
probably what I would do, is to make two partitions on the 1.2, a 1gig
fat32, and 200meg linux swap. The 1 gig can be used for whatever in
windows, maybe mp3s, and keeping the swap on the other drive with AFAIK
