dead keys map info?

Hi all... I am trying to find info on which key combinations in Debian (using the Latin-1 keyboard map) generate the various "dead key" symbols, e.g. inverse question mark, vowels with accent marks, etc. I've searched through the HOWTOs. I can find all sorts of info on how to configure X or vario

It is either a PS/2 mouse or a bus mouse. It can't be both. Unless it's a raly old mouse it is not a bus mouse. You probably have a PS/2 mouse. Look at the connector. Is it round or oval. How many pins on it. Look at the bottom of the mouse. What does it say (manufacturer, model)? How

hi, I have a potato server running oracle who uses sendmail and apache from woody Last week I switched sources.list to woody to upgrade sendmail and apache. This causes upgrade of libc6, as I succesfully upgraded on a other server (a completelly woody one) I had no surprise.. but... ...oracle 8.1.

KDE2 keybindings and Emacs

Previously with KDE 1.1.2 I had emacs working with the Meta function being my ALT key. However after installing KDE2 on debian the ALT key no longer responds in the emacs window as it is being used globally by KDE2. Even if I change the KDE keybindings emacs is not able access the ALT key. A
