but I get xvideo errors and a blank screen.
I can watch divx movies fine.
Have other people got DVD playback working with Rage
128 based cards ?
I have tried ogle (crashes) and kaffeine(audio only).
Both give the same xvid errors.

I just did a dist-upgrade on my unstable box and for some reason apt
wanted to remove gnome, synaptic, aptitude and I think one other. Has
any one else had this problem or can someone tell me the reason why?

After upgrading to the latest stable release of debian, apsell no longer
shows umlauts in upper window. It replaces them with blanks.
But it shows umlauts in the lower window with the suggestions.
