I was wrting a small test program using semaphores and pthreads. The
program compiles fine with 'g++ -lpthread -o a8 a8.cpp'
But when I run it, I get: segmentation fault. If I comment out the
second pthread_join() and compile and run it, then I get the output on
the screen and no segment

I am planning to get bandwidthd-pgsql working (apt-get install bandwidthd-pgsql)
The database postgre has been set up according to the schema
The bandwidthd.conf and php config file also being setup

The only thing that sticks out is that you have /dev/dvd in fstab but
mount talks about /dev/scd2. Try replacing /dev/dvd with /dev/scd2 in
fstab
