I'd like to make a push to move to XEmacs as my main editor (from a
Windows editor Program File Editor). It's hard to move to a new editor
with a large learning curve when there's work to be done.
I edit mostly C and Perl code.
Hello,
When I print something from XEmacs using the Pretty-Print *buffer*
option in the file menu, everything goes fine the first time around,
but when I go and try to print something else it doesn't, however if I
first do an lpq and _then_ print something else, it works. BTW, I'm

For a lot of things I like to do text editing with xemacs; having an

Hi
(I'm sending this again; didn't get a reply the first time.)
Recently I upgraded xemacs to xemacs21-gnome-nomule_21.4.3-3 (now it's
21.4 ie. xemacs21-gnome-nomule 21.4.4-1) on my sid box. It converted

I would like to set up Xemacs21.4 on my Debian 2.2r3 box. (it's a ;ust of

and install it in the Xemacs loadpath?

After upgrading to xemacs 21.4.1-2 on debian woody xemacs won't
start without network (DNS) any more. This is espacially annoying
since I have an autodial connection to the net.
No earlier versions of xemacs ever showed this behavior, and no:
it's not the problem mentioned in the FAQ
