extension with the option "-kb". Example: " Xnest -query localhost -kb
:11" .

I have upgraded xfree in Sid to 4.3.0.dfsg.1-1.
Now all the graphical applications take a very long time to start,
typically a few minutes. Once they have started, they work fine. I checked
the logs, but I couldn't see anything helpful to understand what's going
on.

It may be a WMaker problem
Install wmakerconf (apt-get install wmakerconf).
launch it and go to Appearance Tab, you can choose the font for each
component.

Glxinfo showed no DRI, XFree86.log and dsmeg showed that it did load and was working
properly. (though it wasn't)
A gentleman in #debian-devel suggested that I downgrade xlibmesa-dri to version
xlibmesa-dri_4.3.0-0pre1v5_i386.deb and bang it now works .

There's some xv-enhancements for my old C&T chip I need.
I did it manually once. I don't feel like messing with experimental.
Should I just do it manually? Is it going to be a long time?
