noyau 2.6.1.
Jusque l'a tout va bien...
Viens alors l'étape du serveur X.
J'ai installé les drivers ati et ai configuré le serveur X avec fglxrconfig.
J'ai les problèmes suivant :
- Le serveur X ne se lance qu'en
procedure fonctionne sur tout la série des 9XXX

vois que XFree prend 96% du processeur. Si je le SIGKILL je ne récupère
pas l'affichage. J'ai essayé un :
/etc/init.d/gdm restart mais le résultat a été un freeze complet du pc :

Have you tried Knoppix or something like that to see if that works graphically? If
so, you can take the X config stuff from there

My question: which is the best selection from chipsets while running
xf86config ; (ati or radeon)?
