It includes many smaller tools, but essantially it boils down
to this:
a) a database (undocumented textfile) is maintained for
shared libs and information about the memory range they
occupy

I've just done an NMU of sslwrap which I hope fixes its RC bug - it
certainly seems to on my system from the testing I've done.
I notice from the WNPP that you appear to have tried to adopt this
package; are you still interested in doing this? If not I would like
to take it and try to sort

Do you, as Debian Secretary, want to adopt this package? Is it even
needed? (Personally, I'd prefer to see the new code in CVS; I don't
think there has to be a package.)

It is almost complete (although the source is not update atm); however, I
don't think there's much interest in this package.
