It might be worth noting that GNOME, LXDE and XFCE in at least wheezy do not
use pmount (they all appear to use udisks via gvfs), and neither does KDE
(it appears to use udisks via Solid).
People who use pmount these days probably use it on purpose and do not
want to
Now, it's needed even with KDE-4.11, where auto-mount doesn't work by default.
A nifty app indeed!

Package: wnpp
Severity: normal
On behalf of Boris Dušek, the current sponsored maintainer, I claim
speech-dispatcher officially orphaned. speech-dispatcher is an
important accessibility package and someone should really take it and
maintain it properly.

I'm no longer going to maintain the package. It's necessary to make
Speech Dispatcher work with Festival so it's important for Debian
accessibility. Someone should take the package, it's easy to maintain
and I can provide limited upstream support.

Although sound-icons is trivial to maintain, I fail to do it properly,
so I orphan the package. It's useful for Speech Dispatcher / Debian
accessibility so it would be nice if someone could take it.

Hi!
First, thanks for the work on the license!
Second, I see this is now an ITP, which is awesome. Do you need help
pushing this forward?
If you get a working debian/ directory that makes lintian happy, I can
help you out with the rest of the logistics (including debian-maint and
so on).
