make init-po to create new templates in an empty po directory.
However, there is nothing about how to update the po files. I ended

The (left) menu on http://www.debian.org/CD/ is based on the po file
po/cdimage.xx.po AFAICT. However, only the first line Debian on CD
is translated even if the po files are completely translated.
What's going on? (I tested several languages.)

It doesn't traverse subdiretories. I have set Norwegian as the default
