[Declude.JunkMail] MISSING_REVERSE_DNS:spam filter problems with ezsignup

Does anyone know how to fix this since i installed the spam filter it bounces any e-mails that are sent to people that use the EZsignup package from humankind systems to signup for new e-mail accounts. This is the error i get back ps... since the e-mails don't arrive properly the account

I figured out why it was looking like it was using the global.cfg file instead of $default$.JunkMail It had to do with the way our email server is set up - we needed to put the global.cfg file under a different directory to work on our domain. You can disregaurd the problem below. Thanks - O
