Hi, I've used Double Choco Latte (dcl.sourceforge.net) for this sort of stuff. It is capable of all the things you require. BUT (isn't there always one?)... I couldn't get IE to play nice with it. It works fine with Mozilla tho. It's web based. Requires PHP & MySQL. I have ti working happily on
