But I was actually asking if any tools like ij run this function implicitly
for any reason such as authenticating a user etc.
I want to make sure that this function is called only when a VALUES
SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_GET_DATABASE_PROPERTY('');
is issued by the end user.
