Personally, I'm not a big fan of center-justified anything. Center
justification should be reserved for strict formality, which I don't think
this is. I think it would be much more dynamic with some visual element
included (photo, line drawing, icon, etc.).

i started from the 256px icons from the svg on the wiki and added these
square-based pictograms.
these pictograms maybe don't give as much infomation as the current ones,
but in my opinion they have a cleaner style and don't look so crowded.
