Isn't the font unsuitable for the purpose it is being used for ? This
font is designed to be used for Tamil language. I will contact the
upstream developers, but I don't think they will be interested in fixing
issues with umlaut.

One note about the second one. Because the menu is displayed too low, it
sometimes happen that simply clicking on the main menu ends up selecting

It seems to be a timing issue.
I put smbfs into /etc/modules to get the module loaded early in the boot
process. This seems to help sometimes, but most of the time, it doesn't
help either.
I don't get it. Doesn't the developers automount their shares???

default in that package, require pygtksourceview, which is included in
python-gnome2-desktop. Without it, those plugins will show up but
IMO the default should be a generic player like in tango/tangerine. I
think that's better than showing an IPod when it's an other device.

Great Fix: scaling down image. This way totem-xine works fine and I don't loose
the original look of it.

I have a similar problem with seeking and MPEG-1 videos. Seeking either

maintained and buggy. Thanks to Project Ridley these libraries are
abandoned and a new printing dialog and libraries will be part of GTK+
(available in GTK+ 2.10). These new libraries will bring a better

Similar problem here with a fresh installation of Dapper Drake from the
Desktop CD. FTP and SSH work fine, only SMB does throws above error

Daniel, there was nothing in the terminal output..
I did notice that there was an update for Epiphany, but I don't think I
had it running during the update, I think this happened after... But I
never noticed the ephy-bookmarks.xml file in there before. Either way,
both files were 0 bytes, as well

Are you running a non stock kernel? Meaning, did you upgrade your
one question to all which have applied the patch successfully: do you
use turboprint?
my problem is that (with turboprint) every job is queued but nothing
happens. perhaps i have to open a new bug ...
