Since about two weeks ago approximately, gnome-panel has started acting weird.
It eats about 50% cpu for about half an hour, and during this perioud the
Programs-menu flickers.
Places and System works well, but when you select Programs, the menu is shown,
then removed, then
I am experiencing the bug as described by Kevin with Wildfire. I have
found that waiting about 10-20 minutes will bring back Gaim after such a
freeze (I'm guessing the operating system detected that the socket was
idle and dropped it, or something along those lines). At the bottom
there is a patch
Which account have you set as default? Is it the Diamondcard account?

I have rejected this BUG REPORT! Because apperantly once I deleted
'~/.gnome2/totem_config'
the zooming option started working again. For XINE or GSTREAMER backend.
BUt I find this very strange because when GSTREAMER backened is used the
'~/.gnome2/totem_config'

I can't reproduce this bug. You should be aware of couple of things. If
you start gnome-cups-manager trough System -> Administration -> Priting
menu, and change settings for printers, those changes reflect only to
you. So, if you change paper size, you are the only that will use that
paper size.

If there is only one file then it is extracted into the current
directory. It makes sense to extract multiple files into a directory
like it currently does. To move the files from the created directory to
the current directory one simply has to cut/paste them, whilst to do it

I discovered some more info on this. It seems that the manager only
hangs when the auto detect fails. I tried two printers on the desktop
and one was an HP that got picked up right away and another was a
Lexmark that was not detected, it only hung when it couldn't detect the
printer.

Hi,
Just installed 6.06 and Aisleriot didn't work. Reinstalled gnome-games from
binaries and it still crashed on changing games.
I found this stand and applied the "#t" patch - and thank you it now
works, but I thought you ought to know this was still required on gnome-
games 2.15.1

I can confirm this bug. It happens with totem AND mplayer, but it's a
xorg bug. This stupid bug keeps reappearing in al xorgs, while I never
had this with xfree. The problem is that xorg is not smart enough to
allocate memory required for xv framebuffers.

I can confirm this bug. It happens with totem AND mplayer, but it's a
xorg bug. This stupid bug keeps reappearing in al xorgs, while I never
had this with xfree. The problem is that xorg is not smart enough to
allocate memory required for xv framebuffers.

I am experiencing the bug as described by Kevin with Wildfire. I have
found that waiting about 10-20 minutes will bring back Gaim after such a
freeze (I'm guessing the operating system detected that the socket was
idle and dropped it, or something along those lines). At the bottom
there is a patch
Which account have you set as default? Is it the Diamondcard account?

I have rejected this BUG REPORT! Because apperantly once I deleted
'~/.gnome2/totem_config'
the zooming option started working again. For XINE or GSTREAMER backend.
BUt I find this very strange because when GSTREAMER backened is used the
'~/.gnome2/totem_config'
isnt even used!!!
