Here is the gdb.txt file. Please note that at the time when I hit CTRL-C
rhythmbox doesn't freeze. The UI is still responsive, but I cannot play
any radio stations anymore. (Not sure about mp3's, don't have any
installed).

And here is the log produced with '-d'. FWIW, after trying to play this
mms radio station, I can also no longer quit rhythmbox. When I click on
the close icon (x) on the window title bar after a few seconds a dialog
pops up asking me whether I would like to forcefully quit rhythmbox. It

I'm seeing this with large videos (well, I believe that the cause of the
poor visual quality is that xv isn't being used). I have an ATI 7500 in
a T30 using the opensource drivers. The same videos worked fine in Edgy
yesterday before I upgraded to feisty. The videos I've got are, for

a config file then we need to find out what package or software (if any)
is modifying the config file to a broken state in the first place. If
modifying paths in xorg.conf fixes it, then this bug needs to be refiled

This error message just started for me yesterday, and as far as I'm aware I
only did two things:
1) I tried installing enlightenment -- but because it didn't work properly I
completely uninstalled it using Synaptic Package Manager.
2) in the same session I changed the theme of Gnome
