Just added a new printer with guessed (likely incorrect values) for a
network printer (the address was likely not exactly right, the IP would
have been correct though).
I double-clicked the newly created printer and the crash occurred.
I'm getting the same error message at the same time as described. Stops
at a tan background with bars at top and bottom with no icons on the
desktop. This is a clean install from an ISO on CD downloaded and
burned today for network install. My Internet connection is through a
LAN cable modem. S

OK, this happened to me today for the first time ever with a non-video
file, namely by double-clicking on a .tex file, Kile opened twice.
I think that somehow when the system is busy loading the app, the double
click event gets sent twice. Or it at least looks like that.

This is reproducible for me at the moment. I should also mention that
it's the gdb child process that spins, using 100% of cpu. I can recover
by either killing that process, or restarting gdm as a whole.

I confirm this bug. The error comes from the file
/usr/share/icons/Human/22x22/apps/ooo-writer.png which in fact is the
ooo-web icon.
I have cheched the other folders (i.e. 24x24, 48x48, ...), the OOo icons
are correct over there. This problem only affect 22x22 writer icon.
