After reporting this bug, I used Evolution to check my email. I noticed
that the Exchange portion of my mail (which I use to check into work
email) wasn't being displayed. So after typing evolution --force-
shutdown from the terminal and logging out / in again, the applets load
without problem. So

When i connect camera, then show dialog "camera detect". I always click
to "always do this action", but dialog show next time again.
