What happens to the search string in the search dialog as it is reopend (1st
time, 2nd, etc.) :

etc.
I seriously doubt this is the same bug.

My example is wrong. These slash multiplication occurs when there’s more
that just \n, like \nTest and doubles, not just increments by one.
\n actually becomes U+000A displayed as a square box with codepoint
after the first search and dialog reopening.

I've now tested with several different themes and the following causes firefox
when the download dialog opens:

Neutrino
Redmond
ThinIce
And to clarify, it is enough to change the controls. Buttons and frame

I spent some time poking around with this problem. Creating empty files named
things like forEd, firEd, forMe, forYou all created the freeze. So, on the
theory that I might have a munged directory, I copied the entire directory
elsewhere. In the new copy, I could duplicate the error. Ok, so

I am having the same issue trying to assign the windows key on my HP
dv8220ea to run a terminal. Is this the same bug? SUPER_L isn't really a
media key - and it worked in Feisty (now running Gutsy)

With Junk folder 'open' - displayed on screen - the folder does not

every 10 seconds.

i observed the duplication when i installed gutsy from the life cd
(before anything else done). places has duplicate entries for documents
and desktop, but not for other entries.
