that this change is caused by the latest iTunes update (iTunes 7). All
iTunes clients can see my shared music (done through rhythmbox). I can
see iTunes7's shares, but cannot access the libraries themselves.

The problem was with the right-click. However, I cannot reproduce it anymore!
(Maybe my updates from yesterday solved the problem!)

right-click-menu to "open in terminal" it work

That's not a bug, data packages are common to all architectures and
built on i386, the amd64 might be slower in which case the update needs

ordinary password work? They are stored in a root readable file

I can corroborate with this one... My font size is unreadable, and the
cursor is about 2 pixels high... furthermore the zoom in (CTRL + +)

Same problem here, backtrace from xorg log stops at nvidia_drv.so. Does
not occur if compiz is disabled. This fix is either going to be a
workaround or a wait-on-nvidia deal. I still recommend compiz being
