Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I was playing internet radio and then selected the default
visualization. It was fine.
then I selected monoscope, it stopped with the following error:
"Could'nt start playback. internal data flow error"

In my opinion there's no way this should be marked invalid. As

GUI. If you don't want to implement that right now, that's fine, but
then this should be considered
I am wondering if this has something to do with some videos requiring
confirmation of sufficient age to view, i.e., 18+ videos. I haven't done
any conclusive testing of this but it just occurred to me today...

I rebooted with the old -11 kernel and then again with the new -12
kernel, and this time no crash. I thought it might have had something
to do with when I logged in, so I tried again and logged in as soon as
gdm popped up, and still no crash. Seems the problem is intermittent.
