The problem is that it seems like the daemon doesn't start correctly
early in the login process. The reason I lack the --login option is
because it, in the case where I have the .service file present, is

Thank You for your response, but I posted it in 2009 october. In
meantime I used Windows 7 and now I'm using ubuntu 10.04 and I haven't
tried to connect to an IRC room with empathy yet.
But definately crashes less time than the empathy in Ubuntu 9.10.

as: brasero --brasero-burn-debug --brasero-media-debug &> brasero-
debug.txt ; perform the operation to reproduce the bug and attach that
resulting log file to the report, thanks.
