Nautilus 3.6 is so much faster. This issue must be resolved for all

In the age old Ubuntu tradition, so far the solution for me is updating
to raring.
103.3 Gb folder with 17,905 files dumped across the network without
choking. Time will tell if this has been fixed in raring, but so far so
good.

- systemd being packaged was a pre-required to start this work, that took most
of the cycle (Steve who was working on that is quite busy...)
- we looked at doing the migration then, put things in a ppa for testing a
(changing the milestone since we are past feature freeze, setting to
beta2)
