You have been subscribed to a public bug: I'm using Ubuntu 15.04 dev with desktop-file-utils 0.22-1ubuntu2 and sometimes on making an apt-get dist-upgrade I'm noticing that not all triggers are always processed. I have logged the last upgrades and today it happened again. Here is the output:
