Happens on my system as well. Prior to upgrade I had set it to 150%, but
when I try to change it to 175% for example the apply button is greyed
out. The same for VRR, while it applied for Ubuntu Noble Nombat (that
said it created artifacts when playing steam game and switched fraction

If you want to use dash-to-panel instead of dash-to-dock, please use the
GNOME session instead (install the `gnome-session` package and use the
vanilla GNOME session, not the ubuntu one.
