I can confirm that this is present again in Jaunty. This bug should
probably be reopened, since it happens on a default Jaunty install.

This might be a documentation bug since older versions allowed drag
without alt. I spent a good while trying to figure this out.
Maybe a mention of this should be put somewhere in the release notes or
other documentation.
That being said I think the change is reasonable. You don't need to drag

This bug appears to be fixed in 0.96, so we need to get 0.96 into Ubuntu
and then things will be fixed.
