Hi there, this issue has come up for me on all packaged versions of epiphany - except no record of app in application manager either. Gnome has closed the issue as it isn't them. Please see thread: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/epiphany/-/issues/2357 Gnome believe this to be an Ubuntu issue.

Public bug reported: When using: Settings->keyboard->Input Source Switching->Switch input sources individually for each window and set an input source for a window, then if I close the window and reopen it, it does not remember what input source was set to it, I have to set it every time.
