detectado). Resumindo: o som do sistema não funciona desde a instalação
do sistema operacional (Ubuntu 8.04.3). Trata-se uma máquina Acer

Although I have removed evolution with apt-get remove evolution, the
menuitem Evolution in the Office item group is still there.

I think that displaying a dialogbox with the following message (or
something better) is an acceptable workaround :
You have to restart Nautilus to benefit from the new plugin.
Do you want to do it now (this will close all you Nautilus windows) ?

... and if Yes do a kill -HUP like
I'm fully agree with A. Walton.
A. Walton, If I correctly understand, your patch allows to Nautilus to
run plugins without to have being restarted... and to add a plugin and
use it, we will just need to write a file in the special Nautilus plugin
directory. If that's the case, I find your patch,
No patch nor duplicate bug report are available.
For this reason, can someone re-open this bug please ?
