Using TwinView over dual montiros and the most recent version of the
NVIDIA control, when trying to observe the visualiztion I see this bug.
And with that Rhythmbox crashes.

I can confirm that this is still a problem in Lucid Lynx, with the most
recent updates, seems the only real solution that has been mentioned is
to kill the process, or for now i just stopped the process and
everything works fine. The question is why does it use up that much cpu,

You are not able to right click on the Panels at all, you only are able
to interact with the items on the desktop and user menu, while all the
others are unavailable, the only solution is to restart the system. And
it still occurs even now, I was able to make a shortcut on the desktop -
meaning
This is the screenshot as requested, what you will see in the picture is
pidgin is open but the panels themselves do not exist there is no Drop
Down Menus at all besides the drop down for logout. In this particular
circumstance, the desktop's mounted drives are accessible and the rest
is not.
