to the keyboard config documentation (gnome-help ghelp:user-

The workaround from bug 321444 works for me as well: after attaching and
using an external USB mouse, XTestFakeMotionEvent works fine. Btw.
instead of the xevent tool you can use the xdotool app which is
available in Ubuntu repository to test for the bug (use "xdotool
mousemove 100 100" as test).

sockets for ssh and pkcs11 dont show up in the socket dir
running gnome-keyring-daemon --daemonize --login from a terminal does not
result in 100% CPU usage but still leaves me without more than

I have Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty) alpha 4 and its gedit (2.25.7-0ubuntu2) got
stuck in a strange state.
If I choose "Search" by menu, toolbar or Ctrl+F the search window opens
with a disabled Find button (see attachment). The button stays disabled

Sorry, my fault!
Through the Activity Log of this bug I see 5 duplicates now. I was not
able to find any of these using the search function of LaunchPad. Now I
found that this is due to bug #90738 and I added

As stated in upstream report:
"It's totally visible to the libwnck developers. The only way to elevate this is
to provide a patch -- it's all a matter of priorities, and there are some
things that I personally consider more important to fix in libwnck. Note that
it really shouldn't be hard to do..

bug as "papercut"; and my personal opinion is that this bug qualifies
for that. But it wasn't my intention to interfere with the design team's
decisions.
I would prefer one descriptive name per profile with codec name and
specs in brackets. Even novices cannot ignore the codec because of
compatibility with their playback devices. Mentioning codec names twice
is against the DRY principle (don't repeat yourself). It opens the
possibility of inconsiste
